To preserve the peaceful atmosphere that defines Serenity in Waikiki, we kindly ask guests to embrace these gentle guidelines. They are designed not to restrict, but to ensure every stay remains harmonious, comfortable, and true to the tranquillity our space is known for.

Noise & Quiet Hours

To respect neighbors, we ask that noise is kept to a considerate level at all times. Quiet hours are:

Sunday to Thursday: 8:00 pm – 8:00 am

Friday to Saturday: 10:00 pm – 8:00 am

Guest Numbers & Gatherings
​
Parties or gatherings exceeding the number of guests booked are not permitted. This ensures the property remains safe, comfortable, and in harmony with the surrounding community.
Respectful Conduct

Any antisocial behavior, including excessive noise or disrespectful actions toward neighbors, is not tolerated. We reserve the right to address any complaints immediately to maintain a peaceful environment.
Pets
​
While we love pets and understand how much they are part of the family, pets are not permitted at Serenity in Waikiki. The property is large and requires extensive cleaning to maintain the high standard expected by all guests.
Smoking
​
Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Designated smoking areas are provided, including a balcony on the first floor for convenience. Please use the provided receptacles to dispose of cigarette waste responsibly.
Parking & Vehicles
​
Parking is only permitted within the property. Guests may use the double garage; the single garage is reserved for storage. Additional vehicles can be accommodated securely within the gated area. If you plan to bring a small boat, please notify us in advance. Measurements and guidance will be provided to ensure it can be safely accommodated.
Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm (arrivals outside this window may be arranged with prior notice). I will greet you briefly to provide keys and answer any questions, and will then leave you to settle in.

Check-out: Before 11:00 am (extensions may be possible if there are no same-day bookings).

Respect the Property
​
Accidents can happen, and we understand that families are here to enjoy themselves. Minor incidents, such as broken plates or glasses, are not a cause for concern — please dispose of any broken items safely and record them on the incident form so we can replace them for future guests. Intentional damage, however, is not permitted, and guests are responsible for repair costs in such cases.
